What's a "Licensed Professional Counselor Associate"?
Good question! A Licensed Professional Counselor Associate is a counselor who has completed 2-3 years of masters level coursework, a year long (on average) clinical internship and has passed a national licensing exam. On the road to licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), LPC Associates then complete 3000 hours of post-graduation counseling work during which they are supervised by a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor who has a minimum of five years post license experience.

How much does therapy cost?
My fee is $125/50-minute counseling session for individuals and $135/50-minute session for relationships and family sessions. I also offer longer sessions at a prorated amount. I typically see clients weekly, especially at the beginning of therapy.

Not sure I can swing that. Do you accept insurance?
At this time, I do not accept insurance and am considered an out-of-network provider. Providing accessible care is important to me, so I do offer a limited number of reduced fee spots on a first-come, first-served basis. If you’re interested in working with me and would like to explore reduced fee options, please reach out.
